Membership Cancellation and Benefits Expiry Terms and Conditions
These Membership Cancellation and Benefits Expiry Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between [Repairs First Association] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“you” or “your”) who has enrolled in our membership program. By participating in our membership program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Membership Cancellation:
1.1 You have the right to cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date.
1.2 To cancel your membership, you must follow the cancellation process.
1.3 Cancellation requests received after the renewal date will be effective for the next renewal cycle.
- Benefits Expiry:
2.1 If you cancel your membership before the renewal date, your membership benefits will expire on the date that you decided to cancel your membership to Repairs First Association.
2.2 Expiry of benefits includes, but is not limited to, access to exclusive content, discounts, services, or any other privileges associated with your membership.
- Refunds:
3.1 No refunds will be issued for any unused days or benefits upon cancellation.
3.2 The cancellation of your membership will not entitle you to a refund, whether in whole or in part, for any portion of the membership fee.
- Changes to Terms:
4.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
